It is official!! 100--yes, ONE HUNDRED--Days of Lipstick have happened!!

This is a MoMuMental milestone too given the fact that this challenge didn't make it to the two week mark last year!!  We celebrated this Lipstick Jubilee by going to Nordstrom and hitting the M.A.C counter. Lucky for us a wonderful young lady named Passion was working; she treated us like queens and even joined us as our Guest Star!  Passion is definitely in the right line of work for her name because she does have a passion for lipsticks and it shows in her patience with customers like us.  We must have tried on ten lipsticks each and settled with two great new colors that look good on each of us. Actually, we have three because Mia made a combo of the two we ended up purchasing and the result is a golden pink.

I selected a hot pink color called Candy Yum Yum and Mia chose Bronze Shimmer. She is wearing a combo of the two and Passion has on a beautiful purple color called Punk Couture.  I went in today for a purple and almost picked one very similar to hers but ended up going for the day glo this round because it looks great on Mia too. 

Since these colors are not in our usual spectrum we picked up a nice pink blush to go with them.  It is a beautiful pink with a little bit of gold in it, which gives it an extra dimension so the descriptor under the name says it all. It is called Into The Pink and is very soft and pretty.  

This was a great day but we did not get to do all we set out to do for our 100 day celebration so we will continue this conversation later this week...
